Questions about polishing.
What does the polishing price depend on?
On the size of the car, the number of repainted parts and how hard the clear coat is. The exact price is named by the master polisher after the inspection.
How many times can a car be polished?
It depends on the condition of the clear coat — the master will assess it at the inspection. Usually the factory clear coat is enough for several restorative polishes over the car’s life. Light polishing can be done more often.
Should I wash the car before polishing?
Not necessary, but it’s faster: we have to wash the car for the inspection anyway.
Can polishing remove all scratches?
99% of scratches come out. If the primer or paint is breached, we’ll offer local repair — after it the damage is invisible.
How long does the result last?
Without protection, until the car gets scratched again, usually by car-wash brushes. With ceramic the shine lasts 1–5 years, depending on the coating and care.
Can I use a regular car wash afterwards?
Better a hand wash without brushes. When we hand the car back, we’ll explain how to wash it so the result lasts longer.
Do you film the car?
If you don’t want us to film your car, we won’t do it.
